Will Furry for Flagler School Board (“Campaign,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of visitors and users (“you” or “your”) of willfurryforschoolboard.com and any related Campaign webpages, forms, communications, or digital services (collectively, the “Website”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we may disclose it, and the choices available to you. By using the Website or providing information to the Campaign, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

A. Information You Provide

This information may include your name, address, occupation, employer, contribution amount, payment information, and transaction details. Payment card information is generally processed directly by a third-party payment processor and may not be stored by the Campaign.

Campaign contributions may be subject to public reporting and disclosure requirements under applicable election and campaign-finance laws.

C. Text Messaging Information

When you opt in to receive text messages, we may collect:

  • Your mobile telephone number;
  • The date, time, and method of your consent;
  • Your messaging preferences;
  • Records of messages sent to or received from you; and

5. Email and Text Message Choices

You may unsubscribe from Campaign marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the email.

You may stop Campaign text messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. Reply HELP for assistance.

We may continue to send non-promotional or legally required communications when appropriate, such as contribution receipts, transaction notices, or responses to messages you initiate.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet and no electronic storage system is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee the absolute security of information.

The Website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.
